Your satisfaction is our priority at Nutriline. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our return policy:

1. Returns: You have 30 days from the date of receipt to return only in case of damages. Please provide sufficient proof to the customer executive.
2. Refunds: Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item(s) and notify you of the status of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
3. Exchanges: We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a product, please contact us at support@gonutriline.com.
4. Return Shipping: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
5. Non-Returnable Items: Certain items such as perishable goods, custom products, and personal care items cannot be returned.
